JOB DESCRIPTION
- Keeping up to date data of all debtors including contacts
- Handling payables .
- Verifying all the cash, payment request before they go for approval
- Ensuring there is safe custody of petty cash, and no amount is paid without authority
- Handle the salary and wages data and ensure they are done in time
- Liaise with the system colleagues and making sure all your data are correctly in Tally
- Ensuring all your documents are supported by tally input.
- Any other duty that may be assigned.
