About Mavuno Girls modal secondary school: MAVUNO Girls’ Model Secondary School is an initiative designed to empower women in need in the Kagera Region in Tanzania, Africa. MAVUNO’s vision is to create a female secondary school that will provide an outstanding educational experience to girls aged between 14 and 20 years.  
The school is located in Chonyonyo village in the Karagwe District and it is functioning as a rural “Education and Research Center”, which:
• Inspire students to access knowledge, cutting-edge technology resources and opportunities that positively advance
their academic and future career aspirations.
