Job Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinating and managing projects entrusted to the Legal, Risk & Compliance Department.
- Develop and execute on fraud/risk strategy and risk management efforts that strike a balance between growth and risk controls.
- Work closely with operations team to manage new product launch risk strategy.
- Oversee the design, development, and management of real-time risk and fraud rules and models to predict and manage the risk associated with new and existing accounts and to combat systematic fraud, identity theft fraud, etc.
- Estimate and forecast losses and partner with Finance and Business Leaders to manage the financial impact of fraud.
- Identify metrics, and build business tools to measure, monitor, and share critical information.
- Establish business cases and projected ROI to identify and prioritize opportunities to reduce all forms of fraud, account takeovers, and chargebacks.
- Handling the Company’s litigation matters.
- Co-ordinating system, compliance and other audits to which the Company may be subjected from time to time.
- Ensuring that the Company, management, and employees are in compliance with applicable rules and regulations, that Company policies and procedures are being followed, and that behavior in the organization meets the Company’s standards of conduct.
- Ensuring that the Company keeps abreast of developments from a regulatory, legal and compliance perspective on a local and international level.
- Assisting in the identification and mitigation of risks to which the Company may be exposed.

Academic Qualification & Experience Requirements:

Position: Human Resources Officer (HRO)

Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting the section of HR & Administration with the overall responsibility of developing and managing the human resources.
- Developing and implementing organizational development strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
- Assisting and coordinating general HR practices such as recruitment, staffing, performance management system, staff orientation, development, and training.
- Assisting to manage employee relations, conflict resolution, employee benefits (SSF etc.) and counseling.

POSITION: Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement preparation and analysis and ensure the financial statements are prepared in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company policies.
- Provide advice and counsel to direct reports, senior managers and others relating to the broad scope of responsibilities noted above. Provides financial analysis to a wide range of assignments, often under tight deadlines, to support numerous business processes and initiatives.
- Ensure the company-wide implementation of superior accounting, financial reporting, and financial processes and internal controls. This includes developing appropriate processes, procedures, and tools to ensure that deficiencies are identified and corrected in a timely fashion.
- Evaluate on an ongoing basis the accounting system, so that it reflects an accurate assessment of the operating revenues and expenses of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all Federal / Government regulations, including taxation.
- Evaluate on an ongoing basis the purchasing system in coordination with department heads so that acceptable controls, approvals and time frames are responsive to the requirements of the organization and generally accepted accounting principles.
- Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team providing leadership and input to management peers regarding the financial implications of all major business decisions.
- Manages annual operating and capital budget process, through review with senior management and Board. Assists with the annual business planning process.
- Directs insurance portfolio for all property and casualty insurance, workers compensation, employee health and welfare benefit programs, player disability and contract guarantee insurance, etc.
- Manage relationships with bankers, auditors and league officials, as appropriate.
- Responsible for cash management system, including daily cash management and cash forecasting.
- Other duties as assigned.
Academic Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related subjects.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a MUST.
- MSc/MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years professional experiences as CFO or relevant role is a MUST.
- Preferably Experience in working with NGOs/Financial Institutions/Banks/Consultancy firm.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance law and risk management practices.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP).

Position: Microfinance Technical Manager (MTM)

- Monitoring and supervising microfinance operations.
- Selecting a new working area for branch set up.
- Managing group as per company policy and making regular visits to groups.
- Preparing the necessary report on operations and put the necessary recommendation for further development.
- Managing fund for branch and use fund properly.
- Taking necessary action to train up and develop staff.
- Visit the Branch Offices to ascertain uniformity of their systems and controls with those of HQ.
- Report to the supervisor and upon authorization implement changes within the mission where non-compliance is evident.
- Perform physical checking to ensure that all HQ generated policies and procedures are followed and in compliance.
- Prepare detail monthly reports highlighting the internal control strengths/weaknesses and comments/ recommendations on operational improvements. Submit the report and related work file to supervisor for review.
- Assist management in arranging training/workshop for the staff regarding audit and rules & regulations issues.
- Send regular report to the respective department on time and perform other duties as assigned, like investigations, spot checks, special review works etc.

Position: IT Coordinator Manager

- Design procedures for the use of IT resources.

- Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols and LANA/VAN configuration.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing complex IT issues.
- Any relevant additional certification (CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ etc.) will be an advantage.

Position: Microfinance Operations Manager (MOM)
Job Responsibilities:
- Coach, mentor and supervise core business persons and ensure that they are adequately trained and operate at a high standard of timeliness and technical competence.
- Oversee Branch functioning with respect to operations, business development, systems, and processes.
- Responsible for procurement and other logistics.
- Organize, coordinate and control the activity of the company.
- Participation in the development of the operating budget.
- Provide reports on operations as requested by the CEO and the board of directors.
- Responsible for effectiveness and efficiency of the branches, team development, team morale and implementation of microfinance code of conduct at the various levels in operations.
- Consult Technical managers for necessary advice on operations, reports, monitoring, and evaluation, training other related matters to ensure compliance with internal and external controls.
Academic Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate Degree in any Field.
- Master’s degree is an Added Advantage.
- 5+ years in banking or microfinance sector.
- Have to be ready to move everywhere in Tanzania.
