HR Interview Questions & Answers - What Do You Expect From a Supervisor/ Boss?
This is one of the difficult questions that your interviewers ask. You do not know what kind of boss he is and managing style he follows. if your answer differs from his or her approach, this can hurt your candidacy. Interviewers like to ask this question to see if you have reasonable expectations for company leadership. They also want to encounter if you use this as an opportunity to complain about previous supervisors or boss.

Most of the candidates prefer to tell about the things they hadn’t received from their last supervisor. However, this is a common response. So you need to be aware and don’t fall into that trap. Always ensure that you don’t complain about them. In fact, focus on the good qualities of the last supervisor.
