Job Objective: Under the technical guidance of the Institutional Capacity Development Specialist and supervision of the Regional Program Manager, the Institutional Capacity Development Officer will work with CSOs, LGAs and KVP in the implementation of the Sauti 5 year Sustainability and transitioning plan. He will ensure that all capacity development activities, with key results are contributing to the overall successful achievement and sustainability of the Sauti-Tz Program in Tanzania Nafasi za kazi November 2018

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Master’s Degree in Sociology, Public Health, or Economic Development or equivalent experience.
 Over 4 year’s relevant experience
