Job Description
• Developing growth strategies
• Prospecting and closing new sales leads
• Owning and managing the tender process
• Brainstorming with business development, marketing and client service team to create new project
strategies
• Managing company and client expectations
• Reviewing project timeframes and budgets
• Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with existing and prospective clients
• Attending networking events
• Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers and industry stakeholders
• Managing records of sales, and other important data
• Researching ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
• Researching market and industry trends including competitor intelligence
• Provide regular feedback to management
• Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
