HATCHERY MANAGER on behalf of our client.
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Implementation
of Hatcheries strategies ensuring that the hatcheries are run in the
most efficient manner possible. Reporting directly to the Operations
Manager, Hatcheries Manager key focus areas are as follows:
KEY RESULT AREAS (KRA’s):
- Achievements of Hatchability targets
- The accuracy of forecasts.
- Financial management – profitability etc.
- staff development

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND NEEDED
- A Diploma or Higher National Diploma in Electrical /OR Mechanical Engineering
- A minimum of 5 year experience managing a factory.
