Key Responsibility
- Supervise collections department to ensure daily/weekly and monthly targets are met
- Attend meetings with clients and Management to discuss on the progress of their collections and Conducts regular and daily collections meetings within department
- Preparing and sending of daily/weekly and monthly reports to clients.
Qualifications
- An applicant should have a degree in Business Management or any other related field.
- An applicant should have Strong communication & Negotiation skills, and Excellent Reporting skills
Experience
- At least two years of experience in related field
POSITION- ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT (Junior Position)
We are looking for an ambitious Assistant Accountant to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks.
Key Responsibility
- As per normal Junior Accounting Tasks.
Qualification
- An applicant should have diploma in accounting or any other related field.
- An applicant should have Strong communication, negotiation and Reporting skills
POSITION - DEBT COLLECTION CALL CENTER AGENT
Key Responsibility
- To ensure that collections targets are met as per the contract
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
- Handle questions or complaints
Qualifications
- Certificate or diploma in any related field.
